Resistance Training: Michael Colgan,
one of the most knowledgeable men in the world in the field of nutrition

Stevia:
In most countries stevia is readily available in health food stores in
a many different forms. It comes as clear liquid extract in distilled
water, powered stevia leaf, as full strength (very sweet) stevioside extract.
In shaker form you can use stevia as you would sugar to sprinkle on foods
and drinks. It even comes in tiny single serving packets which you can
carry around with you in your pocket or handbag. From the UK, where stevia

Stevia is unquestionable the best form of sweetener in the world. Far
